Mr. Morgan is a certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute Designee and holds a Florida real estate broker's license.

Mr. Franklin has previously held positions as a Superintendent, Estimator and Senior Project Manager with other contracting firms, also maintaining his position at Axis Management General Contractors Inc. as President.
Mr. Franklin is a Florida Certified General Contractor, LIC#CGC1527423.
In addition, Franklin also serves as Nassau County Development Board, and is actively involved in several multifamily industry organizations.
